St. Sabina Taking the Reins at Food Pantry and in Dire Need of Support
The food pantry in the St. Sabina community has been run through Catholic Charities for many years. Catholic Charities will be moving out of that role and St. Sabina’s, through the direction of pastor Michael Pfleger, will be taking on total operations at the pantry on October 1st.
Father Pfleger will be starting from ground zero and needs to manage rent, hire staff, secure funding for salaries, utilities, phones and more. The pantry will also need new or used computers, printers, and a copier. Donations will help to ensure that this vital pantry can serve this impoverished community for time to come.
Urgent Immediate Computer Needs (new or used):
4 Desk Top Computers, Window 10 (minimum), Windows 11 preferred (other preferred specs: 16GB Hard Drive, 16GB Ram)
17” Monitors, or greater
