Sharing runs an outreach to needy local and sharing parish families at holiday times. We match OLPH donors with needy families, inviting meal support at Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter, and additionally look to donors to provide for gifts for families at Christmas. Donors can choose to provide this help through gift cards or can opt to shop for groceries and gifts. We match you according to your preference.
Donors can also choose to support a local family enrolled in Sr. Paulanne’s Needy Family Program or can choose to give help to an inner-city family. Donors also choose the size family they would like to support based upon the giving level they are comfortable providing. The relationship remains on-going until the needy family graduates from the program or the donor chooses to opt out. Donors can be individuals, families or groups.
