Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Parish is a family of believers in Christ who strive to live according to his teachings. We take as our mission in the world living out the Gospel of Jesus.

Religious Education Program

The OLPH Religious Education Program serves parish families with children in grades Kindergarten through 8th grade, who do not attend OLPH School.

The Way

The OLPH Devotional Ministries are taking a whole new approach with easier, shorter programs that allow more people to participate.

Parish Council

The council is the central coordinating group of the Parish, serving in an advisory role to the Pastor.

Celebration of Mundelein

Mundelein Seminary hosted the 32nd Annual Celebration of Mundelein, an evening of honor, community, and support, on April 24, 2025 at the Four Seasons Hotel in Chicago.
