During the Masses on the weekend of September 26 and 27, Charles Warren will tell his vocation story and share more about the life of a seminarian at Mundelein. The purpose of Mr. Warren’s visit is to raise awareness of the seminaries who rely on support from the Archdiocese of Chicago.
How Do We Support Seminarians?
Rather than taking up a second collection, our parish shares monies from our General Offertory to fund the Seminarian collection through our First Fruits Program.
First Fruits is our parish commitment to intentional giving. We give the first 6% of our Offertory directly to a number of worthy causes. Please remember that your contribution to the General Offertory (Sunday collection) supports all our parish ministries as well as the First Fruits Program. Thank you for your generosity!
