The EVOLVE Adult Education Ministry is excited to feature our Pastor, Fr. Jerry Boland, at its upcoming event.
Father Boland will speak about, "The Francis Effect; approaching his fifth year how is Pope Francis changing the Church?" The presentation and conversation will explore the impact Pope Francis is having on the universal Church and the world. We will recall the context out of which he was elected and the challenges he has faced. We will focus on how the vision of Pope Francis is inspiring the Renew My Church initiative here in the Archdiocese of Chicago.
Renew My Church is an initiative led by Cardinal Cupich to foster vitality in all of our parishes. The initiative will develop strategic planning so that our future will be effective and deliberate in building up the Kingdom of God.
